Corporate learning designed for application at work.

Start with what people should be able to do differently. Then design the content, practice and follow-up around that objective.

Explore. Practise. Apply.

Learning needs a place in the work itself.

A workshop, onboarding path and learning system solve different needs. We choose the format after defining the workplace outcome.

01

In-company training

Workshops and programs using cases, activities and tools connected to the team’s reality.

02

Onboarding and development paths

Structured 30/60/90-day journeys, critical content, milestones and follow-up conversations.

03

Learning systems and content

Instructional design, corporate academies, LMS support and knowledge management.

From objective to practice

Design the experience around what should change.

Content is only one part of the intervention. Practice, internal references and continuity make learning usable.

Scope, location, timing, tools and delivery model are confirmed in the proposal for each project.
  1. 01
    Define the expected change

Clarify what participants should understand, decide or do differently at work.

  2. 02
    Read the audience and context

Understand roles, previous knowledge, current situations and practical constraints.

  3. 03
    Design cases and activities

Use practice, conversations and resources connected to the actual job.

  4. 04
    Create supporting content

Develop guides, courses, checklists or visual resources when the project needs them.

  5. 05
    Plan continuity

Agree on commitments, follow-up or learning indicators according to the scope.

Choose the right format

A learning portfolio that can start small or become a system.

Leadership and communication

Skills that improve through real cases, practise and feedback.

Consistent onboarding

Frequent hires, complex roles or multiple locations that cannot depend on improvisation.

Critical knowledge transfer

Know-how that currently lives in a few people and needs to be documented and shared.

Corporate academy and LMS

Role-based learning architecture, platform criteria, responsibilities and follow-up.

The Xpertise principle

Training matters when someone returns to work and finds a better way to act.

Before we start

Questions worth clarifying.

Are programs adapted to our company?

Yes. In-company learning is designed from the objective, audience and real situations the group needs to address.

Do we need an LMS?

No. A workshop, onboarding journey and corporate academy are separate options. Technology is chosen only when it supports the learning need.

Can materials and follow-up be included?

Yes. Manuals, content, reports and follow-up activities can be included when they are defined in the project scope.

How are duration and format defined?

They depend on the objective, participants, depth and resources. Delivery format and geography are agreed for each project.

Start with the situation

What should your team be able to do better?

Start with that question. We will help shape the learning experience, content and continuity around it.
